Position Overview:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables and providing menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted.
- Order Coordination:
- Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely preparation and delivery of food and drinks.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Product Knowledge:
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials.
- Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and menu offerings.
- Upselling:
- Promote additional menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Suggest wine pairings or dessert options to complement guests’ meals.
- Table Maintenance:
- Monitor tables for cleanliness and organization throughout the dining experience.
- Clear plates, refill drinks, and ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable meal.
- Billing and Payment:
- Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with fellow waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and address guest needs.

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
