Position Overview:
The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
- Lead Generation:
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and potential value.
- Client Acquisition:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our products/services.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their business challenges.
- Proposal Development:
- Prepare and present compelling business proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals in alignment with company objectives.
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics.
