Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and target markets to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies and business plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads and drive business development efforts.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and pricing terms to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute business development initiatives.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and business development metrics to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to identify new growth areas and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
