Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and target markets to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies and business plans.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to generate leads and drive business development efforts.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and pricing terms to close deals and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute business development initiatives.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and business development metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities to identify new growth areas and market trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
