  • Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives to optimize operational efficiency and achieve business goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, with a track record of driving operational excellence and business success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
