Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a well-organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The Administrative Assistant will handle scheduling, communication, and general office tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
  • Answer phone calls and handle correspondence.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain office files and records.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
