Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries and resolve customer issues. The representative will provide assistance through phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Maintain customer records and document interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
