Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve customer issues and provide support for troubleshooting.
- Process orders, returns, and address billing questions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably remote.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
