Customer Service Representative – Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide support for troubleshooting.
  • Process orders, returns, and address billing questions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and products.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably remote.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
