Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and financial models to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives by performing due diligence and financial modeling.
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs to track performance against targets and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and develop financial projections.
• Prepare and present financial reports, summaries, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct industry research and benchmarking to identify trends, best practices, and competitive insights.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support to management as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role in finance or accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
