Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources department. As an HR Coordinator, you will provide administrative support and assistance in various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR compliance.


  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including paperwork completion and benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in employee relations activities, including resolving employee complaints and conducting investigations as needed.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination notices.
  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
  • Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide information and assistance on HR-related matters.
  • Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR support role or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
