Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead HR initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Supervise and mentor HR staff members, providing coaching and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, with a track record of success in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
