Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and talent assessments to identify high-potential employees and development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including employee files, contracts, and HRIS data.
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and investigations in a fair and impartial manner.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and employee surveys.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement workforce planning and succession planning strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
