Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence to appropriate parties.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
  • Maintain and update electronic and hard copy filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as requested.
  • Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility repairs.
  • Assist with special projects and events, including coordinating logistics and logistics.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
