Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence to appropriate parties.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
- Maintain and update electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as requested.
- Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility repairs.
- Assist with special projects and events, including coordinating logistics and logistics.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
