  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist with clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Keep records of visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and phone systems.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and inquiries.
