Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Assist with clerical tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Keep records of visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and phone systems.
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls and inquiries.
